Global Après

Explore international snacks and pantry essentials that turn Big Sky days in the outdoors into unforgettable evenings indoors.

A refrigerated glass display case in a contemporary gourmet market, filled with an impeccably organized selection of international ready-to-enjoy après items. There are small, clear containers of Korean kimchi, Italian marinated mozzarella, Spanish boquerones, and colorful Middle Eastern mezze, each labeled with minimal, modern tags. The interior LED lighting of the case casts cool, even illumination, creating crisp reflections on the glass and emphasizing freshness. The surrounding environment features matte charcoal cabinetry and a subtle concrete floor. Photographic realism from a slightly angled front view, with medium depth of field to keep the central row of products sharp while the foreground glass edges and background shelves blur gently, conveying professionalism, quality, and thoughtful curation.
A close-up, overhead view of a large, round slate platter divided into distinct sections of international après snacks: jewel-toned Turkish delight, thinly sliced Spanish chorizo, tiny French cornichons, Italian marinated artichokes, Indian spiced nuts, and glossy Korean seaweed crisps. Each section is separated by minimalist black ceramic ramekins filled with vibrant dipping sauces. The platter rests on a matte charcoal table with subtle texture. Cool, soft studio lighting from above creates clean highlights on oils and glazes, with minimal shadows for a modern, catalog-style look. Photographic, high-resolution realism with sharp focus across the entire frame, conveying a curated, global tasting experience that feels sophisticated, organized, and ready for a stylish après-ski or evening gathering.

LYNNE anderson

OWNER

“Grandma Cookie” is the owner of both the Country Market and the Global Market. She’s been a pillar of the Big Sky community for decades. When she’s not running the register or giving away her famous brownies, she follows Kyle to Italy to pick up new cheeses and olive oils.

KYLE ANDERSON

GENERAL MANAGER

Kyle has spent his life teaching foreign languages, and building and managing international educational programs for universities. Students, professionals and family have followed him across the wind-swept steppes of Tibet to the sunny beaches of Tulum. He thought Big Sky needed some more “flavor.” So, he convinced Mom to expand her business.

Partners In Global Flavor

We partner with trusted importers, international grocers and farmers, earning praise from local foodies, regional chefs and Rocky Mountain food guides.
